[horde] Anyone else having trouble with decoding s/mime? (SOLVED)

O.K. I feel kind of sheepish, but the problem was that I had not entered
the password for my private key in Mail>Preferences>SMIME  Settings.  As a
result, Horde could not access the private key and therefore could not
decrypt any messages.

As an aside, however, messages sent by Penango still seem to be broken, and
Horde reports that they cannot be verified.  Messages from other sources do
decrypt properly now.
