[horde] Hermes: problem with export to CSV,EXCEL

Also just noticed these errors from the php ./install_dev

Things got weird:

a) got new tree from GIT

b) created new DB

c) updated/ran php ./install_dev

d) updated conf.php


I do not see any aps now, only horde!

This has been fixed in Git master.  Hermes hasn't been 100% ported for Horde 4 yet, though the "major" parts of it should work.
