[horde] ActiveSync error and not logging

Hi,

yesterday I updated to the latest pear release (horde 4.0.13 ...).

Now ActiveSync is not working any more at all. No device is able to
complete a sync. My client for example (HTC Desire) almost instantly
after sync start, says (translated from German): "Error analysing file
from server."

Nothing is logged. On tcpdumping the interface there is traffic with the
ActiveSync-URL involved, but there is no log entry for the sync in horde
log or AS log, which both are enabled on debugging level. Even no entry
in php-error.log is logged.

Any ideas where to look next?
