Yes, I did specify an administrative user, and I get to the login
screen. I just am not able to log on because it says its temporarily not
available and I should try later. It is a message from Horde, not from
apache.

Backend is Postfix and Dovecot. Postfix is configured so that when
sending a email via MUTT -x then the mail arrives in /home/user/Maildir
as expected.

What can I try to get logged in?
