Those in the CC field - when you reply to the e-mail, do they show in the CC field when you are replying?

If so, this seems like it is by design in my opinion.  Using other programs such as Microsoft Outlook, this is the default behaivor.  When replying to a message, anyone in the "To" of the original e-mail will be in the "To" of the reply - and any individuals in the "CC" field of the original e-mail would be in the "CC" field of the reply.
