Okay.  Then I'm running out of ideas.  If you hover over the Wetter
bar, do you see the edit icon?  Are you able to edit from the portal
page (not from the Set block page)?

After this, I think someone will suggest you run an strace to what the
calls are being made - and that's totally out of my league to advise
you upon :)
