Yes, when I hover over the Weather-Title of the block in portav view I  
get an edit-icon and I can klick on it and edit the block. After  
saving any settings in there the block is still missing.

Please, if you want me to strace something please help me with the howto.

I assume it will look like 'strace someting_I_dont_kow', so please  
tell me how to do that.
