[horde] Do hooks.php get overwritten on pear upgrade ?

Forget it, hooks.local.php does work. My bad.

May I suggest that the message found in prefs.php 
IMPORTANT: DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE!
 * Local overrides MUST be placed in ...

be placed in the hooks.php.dist files as well ?
