[horde] ActiveSync does not work after update to 2.0.0beta4

I'm really at a loss. This works fine for me with or without IMAP  
subscriptions. Nevertheless, this is almost certainly not an  
ActiveSync issue. The code that you are failing at is completely  
outside the ActiveSync codebase.
