[horde] newb -- questions regarding ulaform

Hi all,
newby to horde. Have H5 apps deployed for some real-world needs. I need to deploy one more app and (with what info I can find), it seems that ulaform will suit the need.

What I need is as follows:
* I will have a bunch of modules that perform simple calculations (such as convert from inch to mm for example)
* Each module is defined by:
-- a module name
-- an html page to be displayed when loading the form
-- an html page to be displayed to show the result of the calculation
-- a number of input variable names and types
-- a number of output variable names and types
-- a calculation program (php)
* Except for the php program, all else can be loaded in database tables and the php calculation programs will go in some predefined folder, named as module_name.php

Seems like a subset of what ulaform can do. I can get ulaform installed and running, but there is so little info/documentation out there that I can't proceed at all. Can you help?
