[horde] Can't sent html mails

Hi Horde Team,

thank you for the great work!

I uninstalled Ansel, Passwd and Gollem, did an pear upgrade-all and had H5
up and running.
It worked fine after clearing the cache and restarting the webserver. The
new GUI is awesome.

After a few tests I found two problems.

1, I am not able to send mails in HTML format: Error when communication
with the server.
If I just switch to plain text the mail goes out flawlessly.

2, Activated google-weather, put API key in (which I used ini H4): String
could not parsed as XML.

Any hints on that please?
