[horde] No Activesync after upgrade

If you used provisioning in H4, you need to setup the ActiveSync in  
the Permissions in H5 before it will work again. Also, you may want to  
setup the Custom logging in Administration->Configuration->ActiveSync  
so that you can see what is going on.
