[horde] No Activesync after upgrade

It's syncing again. AFAICS, the main culprit was a  
missing/defect/whatever table in the db. Re-Running horde-db-migrate  
solved it.

One question left: Arjen pointed me to the necessary Permissions for  
provisioning. I don't understand yet, what permissions I have to  
setup. Logging in as admin and going to
Administration -> Permissions shows a screen where I can add  
permissions. Adding a permission brings up the choice of the installed  
applications - and that's where I'm stuck, because I've got no clue,  
what to do next (I've never woked with persmissions before). Any  
advice or pointer is appreciated
