[horde] Upgrading from 5.01 to 5.02 bricked my installation please help!!

Looks like your pear config is broken then. Remove all horde packages
from pear and then start over:

pear install horde/Horde_Role

then run the script shown in the output of that command to set the horde_dir

then install horde/webmail or whatever package you like.
