No.  It would be great if you would set logging to DEBUG  
($conf['log']['priority'] = 'DEBUG'; in horde/config/conf.php).  This  
should provide the backtrace along with the above error.  If you  
manage to reproduce, add this information to a new ticket on  
http://bugs.horde.org/
