[horde] Openssl error

Hello,
in my logs I found this error when authenticating against my ssl imap
server:

HORDE: PHP ERROR: openssl_encrypt(): Using an empty Initialization
Vector (iv) is potentially insecure and not recommended [pid 964 on line
37 of "/var/www/horde/pear/php/Horde/Crypt/Blowfish/Openssl.php"]

Everything seems to work correctly, should I ignore this error ?
