[horde] HTML editor don't show accented characters

Strange that it only happens when HTML editor is set as default, i.e. 
when ckeditor starts when the compose window opens, and not when you 
start composing in plain text and switch to HTML.  I can reproduce it on 
my system.  But it could still be a ckeditor bug...
