Do not use the tgz for horde 4 on horde 5. Use git.

I have reviewed the tickets, there is nothing which really should break
it for normal users. Note the IMP bug though: When authenticating
against imp, you need to close your session after changing passwords.

@jan: Is there a todo list of items to be done before an alpha release
for H5? I need passwd myself and would give it priority on my list.
