[horde] horde h5 and passwd

Hi, as I could not install the "passwd" through the "pear" (see 
http://lists.horde.org/archives/horde/Week-of-Mon-20121119/045560.html),i download 
the "tar.gz" and install it the traditional way. then edit the 
"backends.php" and then I get the following error:

any ideas?
