[horde] Hide Horde Groupware version and change horde logo.

Hi,

by coincidence I noticed that the version string seems to come from  
the according setting in $WEBDIR/lib/Bundle.php (SHORTNAME + VERSION)  
if available, the actual string is set in $WEBDIR/lib/View/Topbar.php  
- so as a last resort, you might be able to (un-)set it there. An  
update will unset your changes, thought.
