Yesterday I updated the framework packages to the most recent PEAR stuff.

horde5-whups is available in the repo. horde5-sesha is currently in
private mode, as I am testing bugfixes for upstream tickets
(bugs.horde.org).

The rpm releases now have the configs in /etc/horde similar to debian.
They have the .htaccess files removed and provide apache config files
instead.

The debian fix for Open Build Service has been accepted upstream and
is now installed in the public Build Service instance. The packaging
tool has been improved by Roman Geber and now provides basic .dsc file
support.

Debian packaging will now speed up. I think I will copy a lot of the
previous work of Mathieu to keep the packages as similar as possible.
