[horde] ActiveSync - ERR: EMERGENCY - Unable to obtain the IMAP Client

I can reproduce as much I want in my setup, here are the steps:
* start with locale "Deutsch" and a working activesync device (with  
some imap (sub)folders and mails)
* wait for everything is sync (watch activesync debug log)
* switch now over to "Englisch (American)" and press reload on the  
activesync device
* activesync work fine and sync at this point
* now switch back to "Deutsch" and press reload on the activesync  
device or wait short

result:

* stop apache server (to stop broken sync)
* drop the horde database and restore the older database backup
* start apache server
* ...and activesync work again

I tested three times.
