[horde] ActiveSync - ERR: EMERGENCY - Unable to obtain the IMAP Client

I just switched back and forth at least a dozen times, nothing broke.

Really running out of ideas here. Not sure what that would have to do  
with ActiveSync anyway. Since each request is a brand new session, I  
don't see how locale would affect anything...
