[horde] Upgrading to latest horde framework

horde/groupware != horde/webmail.  Those are mutually exclusive.  So  
you can't upgrade a groupware installation to webmail and vice versa  
(I *think* - Jan would be the better person to answer this question  
since he is the maintainer of these packages).
