[horde] upgrading to horde_core 2.4.0 breaks horde

So, was the pear module Horde_Compress_Fast not required before but is  
now?  Typically that shows up as a dependency and won't allow you to  
install it without the required module.

Ok, installed Horde_Compress_Fast, now horde_core 2.4.0 is ok.
