[horde] Activesync not closing connections

I didn't know that the fix was pushed to the release code.  Is there a  
way to verify that I have the patch and the latest pear packages?

I only have one client connecting.  I'm not exactly sure if the  
connections are stale or not.  I really don't know how to troubleshoot  
the other questioned you had.  I'll have to do some more research to  
get you the answers.
