[horde] Activesync not closing connections

As far as I know, the fix for the previously reported issue is already  
in the released code. If you are sure you are running on all the  
latest pear packages, then there is something else going on.

How many clients do you have connecting? Are you sure that the  
connections are stale and not active due to a running PING or looping  
SYNC request? Do you know where/when the connection is not being  
released when you expect it to be? During what type of EAS request?
