I'm seeing this occasionally also.  However... I can manually disable  
the regeneration interval so that the session ID changes on every  
access and I don't see this.

OK... I was able to recreate with my previously theorized edge case of  
multiple queued AJAX requests.  So we do need to attack this a bit  
differently in the dynamic context.
