[horde] How to improve waiting times for ajax requests?

Then I don't understand why there is so much data sent. Take a look at
the payload returned from the server for that huge response.

Again, this might happen if you have a remote calendar in on your
list, even if it's not selected for display. We need to check whether
that calendar is writable.
