[horde] admin/signup_confirm.php: base.php missing

Hello,

I tried to confirm a new accound and got this error:
2013/05/11 16:06:58 [error] 15230#0: *2 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP  
Warning:  require_once(/horde/admin/../lib/base.php): failed to open  
stream: No such file or directory in /horde/admin/signup_confirm.php  
on line 14

To solve the problem I had to setup a symlink lib/base.php pointing to  
lib/core.php.
( horde-5.0.4 installed with pear. )

Did I wrongly delete the file lib/base.php or should  
admin/signup_confirm.php be updated?
