[horde] upgrading trean

Hi,

I've tried to upgrade trean using "pear upgrade -a -B horde/trean" but 
somehow managed to break both imp and kronolith in the process. So, I 
uninstalled trean using "pear uninstall horde/trean". That's when I 
discovered that I might have something wrong with my basic installation. 
I found that trean was being installed/uninstalled from 
/usr/share/php/www/horde instead of my web directory. I installed sesha 
and it too installed into the /usr/share/php/www/horde directory. 
Originally, trean had installed to my web directory. I've run 
http://myserver/horde/test.php and that doesn't show any new issues.

Back in Febuary I upgraded horde to 5.0.4 without any problems.

Now I've uninstalled trean but imp and kronolith are still broken, the 
page loads and then I get the message "loading ..." on the left side of 
the screen, but no data is loaded.

One other anomaly exists, when I load admin/config/config.php?app=horde 
or app=imp I can not navigate to any of the tabs as they all end in 
either horde# or imp#.

I'd really like to go back to using horde. If anyone can help me fix 
this I'd sure appreciate it.
