The (main) problem was the migration used to move tags from Ansel 1.x  
(which used it's own tagging implementation) to the Horde content  
system. I've disabled this step for sqlite adapters - which means that  
you can complete the migrations and use Ansel, but any tags that you  
had from Ansel 1.x will NOT be available once you upgrade. The data is  
still there in the old ansel tables in case you come up with a way of  
migrating them without using the needed query.

There were also some other minor issues with auto incrementing keys  
that had to be fixed as well.
