[horde] ActiveSync Provisioning on a Galaxy S3

I've got Horde 5.1.0 installed and there is no possibility (no (+) sign)
to add child provisioning permission there; although ActiveSync is
enabled and my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 synchronizes (at least mail and
contacts correctly). What could be a problem here?
