[horde] ActiveSync Provisioning on a Galaxy S3

Works fine here. Note that ActiveSync provisioning is setup as a child  
under the Horde permissions, so you may need to add that first:

   Horde (horde)
   +--ActiveSync (activesync)
      +--Provisioning (provisioning)
