It generates a file named after the client's deviceid. In your
configuration it would produce something like:
/var/log/androi9393030494.txt or /var/log/Appl1CD77789393.txt
If you don't see these, then either /var/log is not writable by the
webserver or the code is dying very early in the request (and you
should see some reason for this in the webserver error log).
