[horde] Git commit links

The links from Bugs on bugs.horde.org to git commits are now asking  
for auth to your horde system... e.g. I can't access

http://git.horde.org/horde-git/-/commit/7483483eb07bf192a1bf10f0ab0fa879d5eda431 which is linked from  
http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/12212

But by searching on github I can access:

https://github.com/horde/horde/commit/7483483eb07bf192a1bf10f0ab0fa879d5eda431


Can the git commit messages be changed to point to URLs that the rest  
of us can access (or access rights changed)?
