[horde] Horde 5.1.1 Activesync does not work with Windows Phone 7.8

Yes, but that is irrelevant. The point is that your client seems to  
*require* it, and once it receives it, the sync works. There really is  
no "workaround" that could be implemented here since the trash folder  
is either configured or it's not. We can't pretend it's configured if  
it's not...
