[horde] kronolith - url subcriptions not created

Hello everyone,

We have Horde 5.1.1 and Kronolith 4.1.1.

When selecting the calendar in order to get the url subscriptions, it only appears the "Caldav Account URL". The other  ones are blank.
We can see a javascript error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'setValue' of null

In this line (kronolith.js: 2996)

It has stop working and we don't know why that variable is now null...

Could anyone help us with this, please?
