[horde] error while wrong password on plesk 11.5 + mod_fcgid

We *do* catch this error.  If in IMP, the Exception will be caught and  
the user will be logged out.

At a minimum, I need the stack trace of where you are seeing this  
fatal error.  I can't reproduce.
