[horde] dovecot keywords for other users

Hi list,

Does Horde support IMAP keywords for public mailboxes?
I can create and then see a new flag in imp, but if I change the user,  
I don't see the flag in that mail anymore.

I checked the dovecot IMAP server with telnet if the other user can  
see those keywords (flags), and yes, in the telnet session I can see  
the other user's flags.

Is there a possibility to see the other user's flags in imp?
