[horde] Clarification of "User is not authorized for imp"

So maybe only the iCal/CalDAV whatever are to blame, but fact is that  
its very annoying if a sync client hammers the server with some  
request per second raising this error to the console. If there is any  
other solution to prevent this i'm all ears but i doubt one can filter  
to only let pass valid URLs, no?
