Hi Mike,
I have didn't change anything in the permission interface.

My scenario is the following:

I have 2 webservers (say A and B) running horde 5.1.2 and 1 server  
(say C) running the horde database (mysql).
Both A and B are using the same database on server C and both A and B  
have the same horde configuration.
I run the "pear upgrade -a -B -c horde" command on the server A, and  
after this I can't login on server A, while I can login normally on  
server B (= server A before the upgrade).
So, I can't figure out what is changed on server A.
