I have now been able to resolve the first issue, by deleting the  
records in nag_tasks w.r.t. that XXXXXX at isac.gov.in.  but, for second  
one I don't have a clue.

Where can see the complete schema of horde database (if I have to  
create a new one) ?  Earlier the schema used to be available in  
scripts/sql directory.  Now, with pear install, there is no such  
directory.  I want to compare the schema with existing schema.
