[horde] session expired when attaching a file

Hello everyone,

We have a problem when attaching a file. If the file is approximately bigger than 10MB, the session crashes and expires without any error message.
I have set debug level but still no errors.

These are my preferences:

$conf['compose']['link_attachments_notify'] = true;
$conf['compose']['link_attach_threshold'] = 20971520;
$conf['compose']['link_attach_size_limit'] = 0;
$conf['compose']['link_attachments'] = true;
$conf['compose']['attach_size_limit'] = 20971520;
$conf['compose']['attach_count_limit'] = 0;


And in php.ini:

upload_max_filesize = 2024M


We would like to set the max attachment size to 20MB.

Any help would be appreciated.
