i have 4 types assigned to the queue (have at this time only one queue),
checkboxes are set in the matrix
so when creating a new ticket step 1 and 2 are skipped, step 1 is autofilled
with the only one existing queue and step 2 is filled with the default type
for the queue and in step 3 state and priority dropdown has all available
entries from the combination of types and states and types and priorities.
