[horde] Test Script and availability on mobiles

As Horde "Administrator" go to the configuration page and disable  
access to the test script ($conf[testdisable]).

You have the following choices:

- Use ActiveSync: Also syncs the contacts and e-mail, but cannot as of  
now sync different calendars per account

- Use CalDAV: Need a recent Horde/Kronolith

- Use iCal: Oldest possibility, should work

The first need to be activated per Server  
(http://wiki.horde.org/ActiveSync), the later two only need the  
subscription URLs from the calender and the login data.
