The baseline is you can't sync more than one email address if they are  
all stored in the same attribute eg. have the same name. There is no  
way to match them in *both* directions reliable. You might try to map  
multiple mail attributes to homeMail, workMail with Turba map feature  
(see backends.php in turba/config), but i'm not sure if this works  
with syncronisation.
