[horde] Questions related to change ldap password from horde

Hi,

I am using the latest version of Horde. Everything working perfectly except
Password that I could not bring it work.
- I have an Ldap server that I am already make sure that user could change
password
- I could also bring it work by set the *userdn from uid to cn* for a
specific OU.
'userdn' => 'cn=%u,ou=it,ou=people,ou=example,ou=com'

As my Ldap server has many ou for specific department under the ou=people,
so I could not bring this application work for all ou.
Any idea that would make my purpose working?

Error message when I try to change password is

*Failure in changing password for Ldap Server: Bind failed: Invalid
credentials*


I am waiting your help related to this because I am already fail many times.
