Serendipitously, the CSS Parser maintainer contacted me this morning  
about a fringe issue regarding the CSS parser.  I've fixed it and  
released a new version of Horde_Css_Parser (1.0.3).  So maybe updating  
will help people.  (Although that still wouldn't explain why I can't  
reproduce locally.)
