This ticket likely has nothing to do with your issue. The 500 response  
is a general HTTP status code indicated some error, so you can't go on  
that as the basis of similarity. That ticket was about a specific  
issue with some BB clients that send non-compliant Wbxml, and it was  
indeed fixed.

It looks like your quota configuration in IMP is broken.

This should repeat at the successful end of each request and indicates  
the maximum amount of RAM that the ActiveSync request consumed.
